Delivery and Supply of Items:

Please read the Delivery Information contained in this website. The delivery times are indicative only and Reeds and More will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. Reeds and More offers a large range of products and not items listed on this website are in stock at all times. It is common for items not in stock to be available to supply to customers within a week, therefore, should an item not be in stock at the time an order is placed, Reeds and More will contact the customer by phone or email to advise stock availability and expected time the order will be shipped. Reeds and More also reserves the right to split orders to supply items in multiple shipments when required. You are welcome to contact Reeds and More prior to completing your order to check on stock availability.

Risk and Title:

Reeds and More will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.

    B:  The repair of such goods
    C:  The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods
    D:  The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and

  2.  If the breach relates to services
    A:  The supplying of services again; or
    B:  The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
